Order Cancellation and Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Open box items will be subject to 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of delivery in like new condition (Additional shipping charges will be deducted from refund as well)
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Nationwide Freight
We are pleased to announce we now ship nationwide. Most items ship for free. If we have any special circumstances we will contact you within 24 hours of your order.
Damages and Warranty Claims
All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Warranty claims will be processed at no charge to our customers. Warranty claims which require delivery or pick up will be charged at our standard delivery rates to your area. Please Inspect your items before accepting your delivery.
